Importance of Direction

The biggest challenge in business is finding your Direction!  When company‘s start their journey the winds of excitement, ambition, purpose fill their sails.  Regardless of how good or great your business plan is, life happens!  When it does it seems  you can’t see the forest thru the trees!  This is where the North Star, “Polaris”, comes in!
